I am very grateful to finally be feeling better after coming down with the flu/cold/bronchitis the first week of October. Wow, I haven’t been so limited physically since I had hepatitis and Toxic Shock Syndrome in my mid-twenties. At first it was difficult to believe that even walking the dog around the block was too much.
Eventually I cut out all exercising, riding my bike on Fridays, or anything else besides going to work. I have never had bronchitis before so I was very surprised by how it affected me. I also used more cough drops last month than I have in my whole life b/c of the weird cough I still sometimes have.
So I slowly added back activities and last week I finally felt “normal” and have been able to continue my regular activities. Yeah!!! I do not want to take my health for granted ever again!

I am glad to hear you are feeling better. Ron took a long time getting over his recent illness, too. He still hasn't gotten back to exercising.
