I heard Dad tell someone this weekend that it was his favorite activity last week.
I am enjoying the shows also. I like the variety of music and the dancing is great fun. I have to admit I have to work on my prejudice of the 70's and 80's fashions and hair styles. I am not sure why they bother me - I wore most of them, too!
Jason and Alicia have even joined us a few times. They can see how happy their Grandpa is watching Lawrence Welk.

That sure brings back memories! I liked Dad's story this weekend about going dancing at the place where Lawrence Welk and band used to play before he had his show.
