
One night Alicia fixed pizza with whole wheat crust and a yummy ginger carrot soup.

Dad is very happy here because Alicia has just given him a second helping of his VERY favorite; deep-dish apple pie!

Last week Alicia fixed stroganoff with ground turkey and whole wheat pasta, raisen & apple salad and french beans. Dessert was healthy, wonderful oatmeal cookies that we are still enjoying.
We feel very fortunate to have Alicia cooking for us!

Very impressive Alicia! Look how healthy as well as being yummy your meals are. And you're getting Grandpa to eat more vegetables??? Very impressive.
