A few weeks ago Dad started swimming laps again in the Quail Meadows pool. He is working on getting his stamina back up to what it was before he had the surgery.
Last week Dad moved back to his house in Quail Meadows. He likes his brand new kitchen but still does not like living alone. I definitely miss having him here.
Dad and I also went last week and picked out an apartment for him at Merrill Gardens. He put a deposit down but isn't sure when he will move in. We had a delicious lunch at Merrill Gardens. The residents we talked to were very friendly and said they were happy with the place.
