Last weekend while Joan and Dean were visiting we took the opportunity to honor Dad. As per Meldau tradition, the family gathered to eat what Dad requested for dinner. I put together lasagne, spaghetti, green salad, sour dough bread. Joan made a deep dish apple pie. Yum. We gave him an EarthBox as a gift and enjoyed visiting afterwards. There were some funny stories from our trip south last month. Jason took the picture.
