Last Saturday Alicia and I were able to attend a good friend’s wedding. Karin married Alicia and Stephen way back in 2010.
At Alicia’s wedding Karin discovered from talking to the guests that some of the couples had met through online services. Karin decided to give this service a try and met Steve, “the man of her dreams.”
The wedding took place in a quant, old church in a beautiful rural valley near where Alicia lives. Karin & Steve had 4 spiritual leaders marry them. One was a female Native American, one was a female methodist minister, one was a female Episcopal Priest and I am not sure who the fourth one was. I was very impressed with their contributions to the ceremony. Karin’s grandchildren were also included in the ceremony.
It was a beautiful wedding that Alicia and I were very happy to participate in.
