I had a wonderful summer vacation traveling to see family and friends, working on house projects and mostly slowing down to appreciate the many blessings I have in my life!
Dad and I were able to attend Aunt Carole's party down in Orange County where we enjoyed seeing my cousins, Dave & Pam, and their families.
One of my house projects was putting up these two pictures. They were Mom and Dad's which they bought in Japan when we lived there. While growing up they were my very favorite pictures!
It warms my heart seeing the loving family in their home. The pictures had been packed up for a few years so it is a treat to enjoy them again.
I started back to work last Thursday. Here goes another school year!
